The Biro88™ Diamond may be returned, in its original
condition only within 30 days of purchase for refund of the diamond purchase
price only.
One-year Guarantee Against Loss
or Damage
If your Biro88™ Diamond is lost or damaged due
to defective workmanship or materials, for up to one year from the day
of purchase, it will be replaced or repaired at no charge to you provided
that the accompanying Biro88™ registration card is completed and
returned to Eugene Biro Company within 30 days of the purchase date. Replacement
or repair must be handled by the store from which the purchase was made.
1. The extent of liability of this guarantee
will apply solely to one repair or replacement.
2. A replacement or repair automatically voids this
guarantee as of the date of claim fulfillment. No new guarantee will be
issued for replacement or repair.
3. In the event of replacement or repair, this Biro88™
Comprehensive Guarantee certificate and original store receipt must accompany
your claim.
4. To keep this Biro88™ Comprehensive Guarantee
in effect, your diamond must be inspected and professionally cleaned six
months from the date of purchase.
5. Six month inspection should be dated and signed on this
